Abstract

Objective To research the optimize extraction condition for Compound Gusuibu Capsules.Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimal of extraction conditions and the contents of naringin was determined by HPLC.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: reflux extraction three times for 2h each time,adding 8 times amount of 50% ethanol.Conclusion The process was stable,reasonable and feasible.
