Abstract
New basic education curriculum has been tried out and will be implemented in an all-round way, which requires the teachers to transform their roles. For the transformation of teachers' role, to change the education concepts is its prerequisite condition, to perfect the teachers themselves is its key condition and to establish the new style relationship between the teacher and the students is its important condition.
