The Role's Change of Teachers Under the Background of New Curriculum

The ideal of new curriculum demands that teacher should become the builder of course, the promoter for students development, the guide for students' study, and the researcher of education and teaching. The role's change of teacher can't be accomplished in an action because of limitation of many factors. Every field in society should create better environment and condition for historic role's change of teachers.
