Abstract
The new curriculum reform provides the teachers a new setting and a new developing space,but it brings the teachers a higher demand and a more serious challenge.The teachers as the subject and focus of the new curriculum to implement it or not is closely related to the sustainable development of the new curriculum.The paper probes into the necessity of teachers' role transformation,the working strategy of teachers' role transformation construction,based on the changes of the teachers' role,the students' role and teaching strategy in the background of new curriculum reform,in order to make the student-oriented teaching come into reality,and innovate and break through the educational ideology.
