Abstract
ObjectiveThe aim of the study is to explore the feasibility of clinical application of puncturing the superficial vein and detaining the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart.Methods100 patients(18 to 76 years old) were selected as control group and observation group(own control method),the patients in the control group underwent the method of puncturing the superficial vein and detaining the trochar in superficial vein with the direction toward heart, the patients in the observation group underwent the method of puncturing the superficial vein and detaining the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart. The success puncturing in once time, average maximum flow rate, the incidence cases of phlebophlogosis and the longest detaining period were compared in the two groups.ResultsThe success puncturing in once time in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group, the average much maximum flow rate was much faster than that in the control group, the incidence cases of phlebophlogosis were significantly fewer than those in the control group, and the longest detaining period was longer than that in the control group.ConclusionTo puncture and detain the trochar in superficial vein with the direction away from heart was a feasible and effective method.
