Two Vein Puncture Method in Upper Superficial Vein Puncture in Comparison

Objective:To explore the best vein puncture methods to improve the success rate of vein puncture,and patient satisfaction. Methods:The in-patient will carry on the grouping,odd-numbered days will be the experimental group,the even-numbered days as the comparison group,a total of 240 cases of the puncture,were selected upper superficial vein.The two groups use the same blood vessels,operated by the specialist,the same temperature,the same drug,the even-numbered days group used intraditiona puncture method, the odd-days group use traditional puncture,the needle incline to the left puncture method,the results were compared.Result:The oddnumbered days group light reaction pain patients.Vessels injury and liquid leakage are less than the even-numbered days group(p 0.01).The puncture success rate,nursing satisfaction is higher than the even-numbered days group,the statistical difference is significant.Conclusion:The indentation straight thrust,the needle incline to the left puncture method in the upper limb several big superficial vein puncture is the best method,safe,simple,and high success ratio.
