Abstract
Aiming at the low product efficiency in assembly production line,applies work measurement technology to determine operation time of every station and finds out bottle-neck stations.Using the 5WlH check list,the existing problems are analyzed in the operation,process arrangement and production line layout.Many improvements are made by the principles of ECRS(Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,Simple).Through improvement,the operation is simplified,the production line layout are optimized,the moving distance is reduced,the balance rate is increased,and the product efficiency is enhanced.
