Abstract
Aiming at assembly line of a cash registers enterprise,this paper applies the second watch measuring method to measure the work time of various stations of the assembly line,and finds out the bottleneck station.Using the production standard operating instructions to standardize bottleneck station for preliminary improvement.And the hands operation analysis diagram is applied to reveal and analyze the problem of assembly process,worker operation method and stations layout.Combined with the principle of ECRS,column diagram and the line balancing theory of work content for relative station of redistribution,the assembly line is redesigned.After twice improvements,the balance rate of assembly line is improved 8.1%,and production capability is improved 43.9%,enterprise daily output reaches to order requirements.
