Clinical Curative Observation on Treating Acute Pursiness Bronchitis With Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM and Western Medicine on treating acute pursiness bronchitis.Methods:73 cases of pursiness bronchitis were semi-randomly divided into the treatment group(37 cases) and the contrast group(36 cases).The contrast group was treated by the normal western medicine and the treatment group by Suzi jiangqi decoction and western medicine.Results:In the treatment group,19 cases were clinical controlled,13 cases were remarkable effect,9 cases were effect and 2 cases invalidation.The total effective ratio was 88.89%.In the contrast group,10 cases were clinical controlled,10 cases were remarkable effect,9 cases were effect and 7 cases invalidation.The total effective ratio was 55.56%.The total effective ratio of two groups had significant difference(P0.05).The treatment group was obviously better than the contrast group in improving the aerated function of lung and the content level of oxygen in artery.Conclusion:Combination of TCM and western medicine has good effect on treating acute pursiness bronchitis.
