Zhisuo Powder Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis Control Observation

[Objective] To observe the Zhisuo powder combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic bronchitis clinical curative effect.[Methods] 70 cases of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group treated by etimicin 0.2g diluted with 100mL of sterile saline or 5% glucose injection,intravenous drip,drip 1h.Intravenous ceftriaxone 2.0g,1 /12h;ambroxol 30mg IV,1 /d.The treatment group in the control group treated with modified Zhisou casual.A course of treatment(7 days) to judge the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group 5 cases were cured,10 cases,effective in 17 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.40%;the control group 3 cases were cured,7 cases,effective in 15 cases,10 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 71.40%.The treatment group were better than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Zhisuo powder combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic bronchitis curative effect is better,is suitable to be popularized and used.
