Abstract

Objective: To investigate curative effects of XingNaoJing injection in treating the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were administered with symptomatic treatment, the observation group received intravenous dripping of XingNaoJing injection, 40 mL, once per day, the levels of IL-6, IL-1, TNF-α and serum S-100β albumen at different times, and the changes of NIHSS scales were observed when both groups were treated for seven consecutive days. Results: After treating in seven days, the observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of IL-6, IL-1 and TNF-α(P0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group notably in the level of serum S-100β albumen at the first day after treating(P0.05), NIHSS scales of the observation groups were lower than these of the control group in seven days after treating and at the discharging time notably(P0.05). Conclusion:XingNaoJing injection could inhibit inflammatory response and improve nerve functions of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
