Clinical observation of Xingnaojing injection on treating acute cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Xingnaojing injection on treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups including sixty patients in treatment group and the other sixty patients in control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with conventional treatment and Xingnaojing injection,while patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment.Before and after treatment,Modified Edinburgh Scandinavian Stroke Scale was used to evaluation the effect.Results Course of treatment in both groups were 14 days.The scores were very significant difference between two groups(P0·05 orP0·01).Conclusion The effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute cerebral infarction is effective.
