Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing Injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method:90 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and treatment group(n=45).The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of conventional therapy. The patients were given the neurological function evaluation with NIHSS and skull CT examination.Result:The improvement of neurological function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The treatment group fibrinogen decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The treatment group was significantly smaller volume of edema around the hematoma volume compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing Injection is safe and effective in the treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.
