Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 152 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 79 patients in treatment group were treated by Xingnaojing jnjection;73 patients in control group were treated by compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The therapeutic effect and hemerheology were observed. Results The effective rate in treatment group (81.01%) was significantly higher than that in control group (49.32%,P0.005),and there were significant differences in indexes of hemerheology and the score of nervous function defect between two groups(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection is effctive in treating acute cerebral infarction.
