Abstract
Objective:Study on the expression of integrinβ3 and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1) in the plaenta tissues in order to evaluate the role of them approach their correlation in the course of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of integrinβ3 and TGF-β1 in the placenta tissues in 12 cases hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 13 cases normal pregnancies. Results:The expression of integrinβ3 and TGF-β1 of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group was significantly higher than those of normal pregnancies(P0.01).Conclusion:The increased expression of integrinβ3 and TGF-β1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
