Clinical Analysis of Lacrimal Passage Obstruction with Nd Laser and Drug Treatment

Objective To study the clinical effect of lacrimal passage obstruction with Nd laser and drug, to introduce the method of nursing.Methods Lacrimal passage obstruction of 267 eyes of 231 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group was treated with Nd laser and drug, the control group was treated with the traditional drug.The gained data was tested by χ 2.Results The effective rate was 93.28% in the treatment group and 75.9% in the control group,there was obvious differenee (P0.05).Conclusion The effect of lacrimal passage obstrction is good and the damage is small with Nd laser and drug.It is easily adopted because of the lower price.It is worth popuarizing.
