Clinical Effect Observation of Buqiyiwei Decoction in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Buqiyiwei decoction in chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 110 cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with Buqiyiwei decoction with metronidazole and folic acid.The control group were treated with metronidazole and folic acid.Each treated for 13 weeks.Results Compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P0.05) in clinical effect and such symptoms as epigastric pain and oligolectic.And there was no significant difference(P0.05) in belching,hubbub and loose stool.Conclusion The treatment in Buqiyiwei decoction with metronidazole and folic acid is better actions in the clinical therapeutic effect,and it can improve the main symptoms quickly,reduce the treatment period and decrease the recurernce rate.
