Research on the Cultivation of New Peasants from the Perspective of Social Exclusion ——Based on the Truth Analysis of Gansu

Gansu peasants suffer from social exclusion in the three dimensions of economiy,culture and rights,which are the deep-seated reasons of restricting new peasants cultivation.The key to nurturing new peasants is to form the long-term mechanism of increasing peasants income,improve the quality of professional skills of peasants,lead the rational flow of peasants,cultivate new peasants with the help of city resources,and improve peasants' ideological quality.
