Abstract

The establishment of Peasants' Association is an inevitable social phenomenon as a result of the development of China's market-economy in a certain stage.Peasants' Association should be the association of the peasants,for the peasants and by the peasants.It is both necessary and possible to establish such an association.The government should play an active part in guidance,propaganda and service and create a good environment for the establishment and development of Peasants' Association.
