Mechanism analysis on social construction of enhancing new peasants cultivation——in the case of Guangzhou

New peasants in Guangzhou are consisting of mainly three categories: local middle-aged and senior peasants,young peasants as well as immigrated peasants.Abiding by the policy of cultural education,technological training and management guidance,the cultivation of new peasants need to adopt various measures.Middle-aged and senior peasants are in need of technological training and social security construction;as for young peasants,cultural education and the capacity of modern social management should be accentuated;finally,immigrated peasants need guidance on operating management and livelihood construction.Only through new peasants cultivation and modern social construction we can promote economic development in rural areas in a fundamental fashion,and further sustain social stability and harmony in these regions.
