Cultivation of New Peasants from the Perspective of Social Exclusion——The Case of Gansu

The peasants confront with the problem of social exclusion in four dimensions of economy,culture,politics and power,which seriously restricted the cultivation of new peasants.Therefore,the cultivation of new peasants should insist on the principle of subjectivity,and pay attention to transform peasants in the aspects of materials demand,culture,law,self-development and cooperation spirits to form long-effect mechanism for cultivating peasants.
