Lansoprazole Combine Mosapride Tablets in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis Observation

Objective To investigate the lansoprazole mosapride clinical efficacy for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method In our hospital from 2010 to 2013,80 patients with reflux esophagitis patients,divided into two groups according to their treatment and control group,40 patients in the control group,lansoprazole treatment,the observation group patients lansoprazole joint mosapride the Lee tablets in the treatment,followed up for 8 weeks to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results The patients symptoms and endoscopic improvement than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole mosapride treatment of reflux esophagitis,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms,worthy of promotion.
