Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline on treating pediatric allergic bronchitis. Methods From Apr. 2011 to Apr. 2013,112 cases of children with allergic bronchitis admitted to Nanhai District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 57 cases was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline. The control group of 55 cases was treated with inhalation of salbutamol. Both groups were given conventional inhibition of inflammatory reaction, symptomatic and supportive treatment, then the clinical efficacy, cough scores and lung function change differences of the two groups were compared. Results Efficacy of the observation group was higher( 89. 27% vs 63. 36%),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); after treatment, cough score of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the lower level of the observation group was betterthan the control group, with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05); after treatment, lung function( FEV1,FVC,MMEF) has increased than before treatment, and the increased level of the observation group better than the control group with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline treating pediatric allergic bronchitis has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical use.
