Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide suspension liquid in the treatment of children with chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 116 children with chronic bronchitis were selected, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital table, 58 cases in each group. Based on symptomatic treatment, the control group was given budesonide treatment, the observation group was treated with terbutaline combined with budesonide treatment, All the patients were treated for 7 days. The curative effect, clinical symptoms disappeared time and adverse reaction etc. were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.8%, which of the control group was 81.0%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.599, P 0.05). Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with chronic bronchitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms, improve clinical curative effect, and with good safety and great clinical significance. Key words: Bronchitis, chronic; Terbutaline; Budesonide; Comparative effectiveness research; Child
