Abstract
Objective To find out a better one from four wheat DNA extraction methods for the molecular marker analysis of large quantity samples. Methods The wheat leaflets were used as experimental materials to study the DNA extracting methods including CTAB 1,CTAB 2,CTAB 3 and NaOH methods. Results The NaOH method was very simple with less time, but it couldn't produce PCR.CTAB method reduced the cost and saved time for the experiment, the quality of DNA was the better,CTAB 3 extracting method used chloroform isoamyl alcohol extraction for one instead of two times with skipping 65 ℃ warm bath. Conclusion The experiment indicated that CTAB 3 extracting method saved time and satisfied molecular marker analysis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
