Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of bispectral index in pediatric anesthesia. Methods May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital sevoflurane anesthesia in children with a total of 150 patients were randomized to take a computer balloting methods were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 75 patients in the control group according to conventional methods of observation given sevoflurane anesthesia, the observation group taking bispectral index observation methods give sevoflurane anesthesia, anesthesia two groups were compared. Results The observed amount of sevoflurane group, anesthesia time, recovery time was(11.32 ± 0.43) ml,(0.78 ± 0.11) min, the amount of sevoflurane(1.54 ± 0.76) min, the control group, anesthesia induction time, recovery time was(14.32 ± 0.65) ml,(0.90 ± 0.13) min,(1.89 ± 0.77) min. Sevoflurane dosage observation group was significantly less than the control group, anesthesia induction time, recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group, P0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Take bispectral index monitor to give children under general anesthesia treatment can reduce the risk of surgery for children with stable vital signs, shorten recovery time after surgery have a positive value.
