Abstract
Objective To investigate the care of chronic heart failure patients with insomnia interventions to ensure rehabilitation of patients with satisfaction.Methods The 87 patients with chronic heart failure patients with insomnia were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and the observation group(42 cases).Control group,routine care;observation group were self-made questionnaire survey of patients with insomnia symptoms and sleep factors,and factors affecting the comprehensive intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group sleep,sleep aid drugs in patients was significantly better than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve insomnia in patients with chronic heart failure related to disease awareness and self-knowledge,management skills,changing behavior and habits,improve sleep,improve quality of life.
