Objective Methods from 2010 to 2012 I finished related sleep states and the influencing factors of the treated 110 cases of stroke patients with insomnia insomnia were investigated, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups. Conventional nursing 55 cases in the control group using the traditional, 55 cases in the observation group based on routine nursing care, nursing intervention on influence factors. Results The mental and emotional state, environmental factors, pain, physical illness and medication was the main factor affecting stroke patients with insomnia; after the comprehensive nursing intervention, the observation group in sleep medicine, sleep in patients with significantly superior to the control group, compared the two groups have obvious differences. P0.05. Conclusion The environment, mood, pain, drug treatment and pathological factors are main causes of insomnia in patients with stroke, effective nursing intervention for patients with stroke in stroke patients with insomnia can improve understanding of relevant knowledge about the disease, change bad behavior and habit, so as to improve the stroke patients with insomnia sleep and improve the quality of life.
