Comprehensive Nursing Intervention's Effect on Quality of Life in Chronic Heart Failure Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention 's effect on quality of life in chronic heart failure patients. Methods di-vide 128 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure into two groups with equal amount: observation group and control group.Use quality of life evaluation form(QOL) for testing the two groups during the six months before and after intervention. Compare the changes of the two groups and analyze comprehensive nursing intervention 's effect on quality of life in chronic heart failure patients. Re-sults after nursing interventions on the two groups of patients, the QOL score is lower than the time before intervention, the differences are statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion compared with traditional nursing mode, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve quali-ty of life in chronic heart failure patients better.
