Abstract
Objective To observe the two doses of mifepristone for emergency contraception clinical effects. Methods 120 cases of subjects According to the different doses of mifepristone were divided into mifepristone 25mg (A group) 60 cases and mifepristone 10mg (B group) 60 cases, The side effects and menstrual cases, vaginal bleeding after medication were observed. Results The success rate of contraceptive in A、B group were 88.36% and 89.56% (χ2=2.75, P0.05); The normal menstruation in A, B group were 63.3% and 61.6% (χ2=2.99, P0.05). Conclusion The contraceptive effectiveness, side effects and menstrual in two groups were no signifi cant differences The Low-dose mifepristone for emergency contraception to be effective.
