Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of azithromycin and ceftazidime treating community acquired pneumonia.Methods:80 patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into the intervention group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases). The intervention group were treated with az-ithromycin and ceftazidime, the control group were treated with erythromycin and ceftazidime;Symptoms and drug sensitiveness of two groups were observed respectively before and after treatment. The efficacies were evaluated according the therapeutic indices, including symptom, sign, recovery of laboratory examination and clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria, and the adverse reaction indices, including the shift of liver, renal functions pre/post treatment, the occurrence of alimentary tract reactions such as nausea, vomiting. Results:The effective rate、bacterial clearing rate in the intervention group were 95.00% 、93.75% respectively, were high 75.00% 、70.00% in the control group,it was significantly(P 0.05);The occurrence of the adverse reaction rate in the intervention group was 20.00%,and 17.50% in the control group,it was no significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion:The azithromycin and ceftazidime treating community acquired pneumonia is more effective and safely, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
