Moxifloxacin and ceftazidime combined with azithromycin treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia observation on the effects

Objective Azithromycin combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin.Methods 80 cases diagnosed as severe community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of moxifloxacin group and control group ceftazidime combined with azithromycin group,curative effect was observed.Results Moxifloxacin treatment of severe CAP in the effective rate was 95%,the bacterial clearance rate was 85.71%,the adverse reaction rate of 5%,were significantly better than the control group was statistically significant.Time and in the markedly effective efficacy against Mycoplasma is also better than the control group.Conclusion The effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of CAP satisfied with less adverse reactions,treatment of CAP is safe and effective antimicrobial agents.
