Clinical Observation of Dezocine Combined with Propofol Used in Painless Induced Abortion

Objective To observe the clinical analgesic effect and safety of dezocine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia used in artificial abortion.Methods 300 early pregnant women who was healthy and voluntarily required artificial abortion between September 2012 and October 2013 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into three groups of anesthesia control group,including 100 cases of A group,with sufentanil + propofol for clinical analgesia;B group of 100 cases,using fentanyl + propofol for analgesia use;100 cases in group C,dezocine + propofol for analgesia.Clinical analgesic effects of them were compared.Results Note 2min after administration,blood pressure,respiratory frequency,pulse oxygen saturation decline in A group,B group did not change,the C group is roughly in the normal range,and the recovery time for patients in the A group(6.45±0.51) min,B group patients recovery time for(6.34 ±0.54) min,C group patients recovery time as(4.73 ±0.44) min,C group patients recovery time was significantly better than that of A group and B group,the difference was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion The effect of propofol combined with dezocine for outpatient painless abortion clinical analgesic is remarkable,so it is safe and feasible.
