Effect of Dezocine with Propofol on Postoperative Pain of Artificial Abortion

Objective Evaluation of dezocine compound propofol anesthesia on loss after artificial abortion uterine contraction pain effect.Methods The 60 cases of painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group to slow injection of dezocine 5 mg,15 min after intravenous injection of propofol 2.0 mg/kg;controls were individually intravenous propofol 2.0 mg/kg.Intraoperative according to patient body twisting reaction to propofol 0.2～0.3 mg/kg.Results The patients in the observation group to instantly,awake after 15min and 30min uterine pain VAS scores were 1.9± 1.2,2.3±1 and 1.8± 0.9,significantly lower than the control group 6.7±1.6,7.9±1.4 and 6.5±1.3(P0.01).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of artificial abortion.
