Abstract

Objective To study the value and the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CEA,CA199 and CA125 in early diagnosis in patient with gastric cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA,CA199 and CA125 were measured by MEIA in 52 healthy adults,82 patients with benign gastrosia and 76 patients with gastric cancer. Results The levels of three kinds of tumor marker in gastric cancer group were obviously higher than those in control group and benign gastrosia group(P0.01).Both sensitivity and specificity of detection were improved when the combined detection of CEA,CA199 and CA125.Conclusion The combined detection of CEA,CA199 and CA125 can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis in gastric cancer and be useful to the early diagnosis in gastric cancer.
