Determination of Baicalin in Cuochuang Mixtures by HPLC

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC methed for the determination of baicalin in Sanhuang Lotion.METHODS The HPLC method was used at Symmetry C 18 column of 3.9mm×150mm,5μm,.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial(50∶50∶1).The detective wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS The Linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 100.7%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Sanhuang Lotion.
