Abstract
Objective:To establish the determination method for baicalin in Sanhuang Tablet.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out with C 18 column and methanol water phosphoric acid(45∶55∶0.2) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 315 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.041 2~0.370 8 μg( r =0.999 4, n =9). The average recovery was 97.96%, RSD was 0.95%( n =5).Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive. It can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang Tablet.
