Abstract
Aim To determine baicalin in sanhuang tablet by improved HPLC.Methods HPLC was used,and the methanol-0.1%trifluoroacetic acid(45∶55) was served as mobile phase,and detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The linearity range of baicalin was with in the range of 24.0~120 mg·L-1(r=0.999 1,n=5).The average recovery rate was 98.6%(RSD=1.3%,n=5).Conclusion This method is stable,easy,accurate,and can be used in quality control of sanhuang tablet.
