Abstract
By combining with the concept of the costs control, the paper analyzes the all sorts of costs control problems from the rural road construction process,and points out the costs control points and factual measures in the rural road construction programs according to the systematic research on the costs control,so as to reduce the engineering costs,and improve the economic benefits.
