Abstract

The paper explores the costs control in the construction programs,introduces the principles and the general procedures for the costs control in the construction programs,illustrates the ways of how to make the aim costs and the points for the costs control,including the controlling points for the aims costs,and the improvement of the process control,so as to direct the effective control over the program costs and ensure the economic benefits.
