Abstract
According to the analysis of the factors which influence the engineering costs in the costs management of the road programs,the paper points out the improvement of the costs management from the resource distribution,the quality and speed which affect the engineering costs,and provides the factual reference for the costs management in the road construction,so as to undertake the better costs management and to improve the program benefits.
