Analysis of the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 52 Cases of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 52 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Both groups of patients were made definite diagnosis by clinical symptoms and routine examination.The treatment group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii hook and the control group was treated with compound nephritis tablets.The clinical efficacies of the groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment gruup and the control group was 96.15% and61.54,respectively.The treatment group's total effective rate was significantly higher than theat ofthe control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Chronic glomerulonephritis can be diagnosed by clinical symptoms and routine examination.Tripterygium wilfordii hook has ideal curative effect on chronic glomerulonephritis,which can be used to improve the treatment.
