Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis. Methods 50 cases of patients with poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis in our hospital from January 2013 to February2014 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method. Each group had 25 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, such as antibiotics, blood pressure and diuresis, and other routine treatment. The observation group was treated Qingli Zhixue mixture on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92% and 64%, resoectively, the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05). There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of infantile poststreptococcus glomerulonephritis has good clinical effect, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, and the adverse reaction rate is low. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
