Abstract

Objective:Through the comparison of HPLC fingerprint of Coptis-Prunus mum couplet medicines, discusses the compatibility of the couplet. Methods:The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained of the Coptis-Prunus mum couplet medicine on an Agilent HC-C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) with the gradient elution solvent system of acetonitrile-0.02mol/L monopotassium phosphate 0.2% phosphoric. The column temperature was maintained at 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 230nm.Results:Thirteen co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and preliminary assignment was also performed by taking Coptis and Prunus mum prescription peak as the reference peak. Conclusion:In the combination of Rhizoma coptidis and Prunus mum,the dissolution of berberine hydrochloride、 plamatine hydrochloride and Jatrorrhizine Hydrochloride is maximum when the dosage percentage of them is 1:1.
