Abstract

Objective To discuss the value of plasma coagulation factors and platelet parameters in diagnosis of severe hepatic cirrhosis. Methods 45 hepatic cirrhosis patients in our hospital were randomly sampled as the study group and 45 healthy persons as the control group. The platelet parameters and coagulation index were detected as follows:platelet count(PLT),the blood platelet pressure accumulates(PCT),blood platelet average volume(MPV),blood platelet distribution width(PDW),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and other coagulation factors. Results PLT was(43.67±46.1)×109 and(199.03±33.2)×109,MPV was(14.56±0.21)fl and(10.23±1.30)fl,PCT was(0.07±0.01)% and(0.27±0.11)%,PDW was(14.52±2.13)% and(9.89±1.01)%,There was significant differences between severe hepatic cirrhosis group and health control group(P 0.05).Conclusion There was significant change in plasma coagulation factors and platelet parameters in severe hepatic cirrhosis patients. The plasma coagulation disorder can be detected early based these changes, which is crucial to the evaluation of liver impair and helpful to treatment and prognosis.
