Clinical research of patients with liver cirrhosis and four platelet coagulation parameters

Objective To explore the parameters of coagulation and platelet four indicators in patients with cirrhosis and significance of the change in condition.Methods Totally 65 patients with cirrhosis and 40 healthy controls were four htromboplastin cltting time(TT) ,prothrombin time(PT) ,fibrinogen(FIB) ,activated partial thromboplastion time(APTT) parameters of platelet count and platelet(PLT) ,mean platelet volume(MPV) ,platelet hematocrit(PCT) ,platelet distribution width(PDW) target detection.Results PT,APTT,FIB,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW 8 indicators in,PT,APTT was prolonged,TT slightly extended,FIB,PLT,PCT significantly decreased,MPV,PDW increases were significantly different(P0.01) ,and the unusual degree of correlation with the severity of liver cirrhosis.Conclusions The blood coagulation and platelet parameters of four joint tests,observation of patients with cirrhosis of the liver function damage,prognosis,clinical treatment has important clinical significance.
