Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet parameters and coagulation indices in patients with hepatic cirrhosis. Methods In 72 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 72 healthy people, the platelet and its parameters(PLT,MPV,PDW,PCT)were detected by auto counter, the coagulation indices(PT,APTT,TT,FIB)were detected by auto blood coagulation analyzer, the results were compared. Results Compared with the control group,PLT and PCT in hepatic cirrhosis group decreased evidently, while MPV and PDW increased significantly(P0.05);PT,TT and APTT in the patients were longer than those in the control group and FIB decreased obviously, there were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The platelet parameters and coagulation indices can be used as important indexes to determine the damage degree of hepatic cirrhosis and prognosis in hepatic cirrhosis.
