Abstract

One strain virus was isolated from a pig farm in ShanDong province. Chicken embryo fiber cell (CEF) could multiply the virus and was caused typical Cytopathic effect(CPE). Also, the virus could make CEF appear the phenomenon of Apoptosis. Rabbit which was inoculated the virus itched seriously. The experiments showed the virus isolated was Pseudorabies Virus(PRV). The result of serology investigation showed the positive rate was 25%.
