Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of dezocine injection postoperative analgesia. Methods Ninety patients of abdominal surgery who were in hospital from May to December 2011 were selected, and then divided randomly into two groups, observation group and control group. The observation group were injected to dezocine injection while control group were injected with saline. The different pain degrees of the postoperatives were recorded. 24 hours after the operations, 100 mm visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to learn the patients' demand for analgesic ane their adverse reactions. Results After the operation, the VAS of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion It is effective to use dezocine injection on postoperative patient to controll the intravenous analgesia. It is safe and feasible, so it is worth for clinical use.
