Sodium hyaluronate and fumigation combined clinical observation on treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the combined method through to the knee osteoarthritis patients at the same time take sodium hyaluronate and fumigation treatment.Methods:Would be a total of 80 diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis patients according to the indicator method was divided into two groups at random,experimental group 40 people by use of sodium hyaluronate fumigation combined treatment,control group 40 people only treated with pure sodium hyaluronate,comparing the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment,and treatment of two groups of patients after knee joint function.Results:Two groups of patients after five weeks of treatment,the experimental group the total effective rate was 95. 00%,control group total effective rate was 80. 00%,statistically significant( P 0. 05),number of experimental group patients after treatment knee pain relief for 40( 100%),more than 25( 62. 50%) in the control group,P 0. 05,statistically significant,and the experimental group after treatment in patients with knee joint function in patients with normal 35( 87. 50%),control group 21( 52. 50%),with statistical significance( P 0. 05).Conclusion:With fumigation combined application of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in combination than sodium hyaluronate had better effect,and after treatment of knee joint function use more flexible,and could be used for clinical promotion.
